These are perfect for 20 minutes before that crucial meeting or lunchtime workout.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of high-quality coffee beans (choose medium to dark roast for a fuller flavour)

  • 1 cup of dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)

  • Optional: sea salt or chilli flakes for added flavour
